Fiona is a partner with The Beyond Partnership Ltd. She has 16 years of experience in management, project management, leadership, coaching and facilitation, the last 8 years at a senior level in both the private and 'not for profit' sectors before taking up a position with The Beyond Partnership in 2007. Previously she has been Head of Service Excellence and before that Head of Business Improvement.
Fiona is a Master Practitioner in NLP and a certified NLP Trainer. She has a post graduate Diploma in Management Studies and is qualified in Spiral Dynamics. Fiona is a skilled facilitator and coach with a good and clear business mind. She co-leads Beyond's in-house Leadership Development Programmes and public NLP Practitioner training.
